🪻Pre & Post Natal Pilates are running as usual this spring but there will be a few breaks in the schedule for maintenance works at Redcatch community centre and for some holiday time.

☀️ classes will not be running on the following dates:

As well as this I have a great knowledge of anatomy and injury which means I can really tailor my Pilates exercises to your individual needs!

✨ Pelvic floor tightness could be contributing to pelvic & low back pain, bladder incontinence, constipation & discomfort with intercourse.

✨ If you have had any degree of vaginal tearing it’s very possible you could be holding tension in your pelvic floor

✨ Hold this pose for 2-3 minutes. Take some deep breaths directing air towards your pelvic floor. Exhale with a sigh and keep your pelvic floor fully relaxed throughout.
